Meet Our Executive Team
Colin Seow
Director
Colin is an accomplished architect and development executive with more than 35 years of international experience across the real estate development and construction industry. His career spans the United States, Canada, Indonesia, Malaysia, China, Singapore and the UAE, where he has led the design and delivery of major commercial, residential and mixed-use developments.
He has held several senior leadership positions, including Chief Development Officer at ENSHAA, overseeing landmark projects such as Palazzo Versace Dubai, D1 Tower and Emirates Financial Towers. Colin has also served as Chief Planner and Architect at HB Holdings in China and Vice President of CPG Consultants in Singapore. In addition, he has taught architectural design at the University of British Columbia and lectured for the Singapore Institute of Architects and the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore.
Syed Muhammad Imran
Director
With over 26 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market, Imran has built an outstanding reputation as a leader in business development, sales and marketing. Throughout his career, he has achieved more than AED 5 billion in real estate sales, delivering strong commercial outcomes across a broad range of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
Imran has successfully built and led high-performing Sales and Marketing teams while overseeing the strategic direction of Business Development, Sales and Marketing departments for some of the region's leading property developers. His expertise in market strategy, client engagement and revenue generation, combined with his collaborative leadership style and deep industry knowledge, continues to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.
Adam Smith
Director
Adam is an accomplished development and project management professional with over 30 years of international experience delivering commercial, residential, mixed-use and transport-integrated developments across Australia, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. He has successfully led projects from feasibility and product strategy through to construction, delivery and handover, while building strong relationships with clients, joint venture partners, consultants and contractors.
Prior to joining MASSA, Adam managed major master-planned mixed-use developments in Australia and the UAE. His GCC experience includes involvement in landmark Enshaa PSC projects such as White Bay, Emirates Financial Towers, D1 Residential Tower and the iconic Palazzo Versace Hotel. Adam holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)and a Postgraduate Diploma in Property Development from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland.
